My assistant shows code or a wall of text instead of people

Code or a wall of text in a Vamo answer is the assistant showing its work. Nothing is broken. Ask the assistant for a plain table of people, and ask it to fetch the next page if the answer stopped early.

What you are seeing

You asked for people and got one of these:

• A block of code, with or without an answer after it.
• A long run of raw text with field names and symbols.
• A list that stops partway through.
• A message that the assistant cannot load more results.

What it means

Code. The assistant searches Vamo by writing one small program and running it. Some AI tools show every step, including that program. What code mode is explains why.

Raw text. The assistant passed on what Vamo returned without writing it up for you.

A list that stops. Large results come in pages. Nothing is cut off. The assistant has the first page and has not asked for the next one.

Cannot load more. Pages are kept for a short time. An old page can be gone when you come back to it.

Try this

1. Ask for a table. Paste this:

   Answer in a plain table, one row per person. Give each person's name, what they built, why they fit, and a link to the work that shows it. Leave out the code and how you searched.

2. Ask for the rest. If the list stopped early, paste this:

   Fetch the next page of results and carry on from where you stopped.

3. Run it again. If the assistant says the page is gone, ask it to run the search again. The first page comes back fresh.

4. Narrow the request. A smaller ask gives a shorter answer. Writing better search queries shows how.
