Pin the repository that actually matters for one member of this shortlist, or unpin with repo: null. The ranking guesses which of a developer’s repositories to lead with; a person who has read the profile knows, and this is where they say so. Scoped to the MEMBERSHIP, not the developer: the relevant repository for one role is not the relevant repository for another, so the same person pinned on two lists carries two answers. The pinned repository leads their repository tiles everywhere they render in this list, and is the {repo_name} anchor outreach from this list substitutes — it is the same field bestRepo sets at add time, corrected by someone who knows better. Not validated against their attributed repositories: a repository they do not have simply never matches and changes no order.
