List the shortlists a developer is on

Access
Authenticated
shortlist:read
Cost
Free
Rate limit
120 / minute per account
Quota
None

Every shortlist in your account that this developer is on, by name, each with when they were added and whether the list is archived. Use it before adding someone to a list, or when looking at a person, to see where they already are. It reads only your own lists and looks nobody up. A developer you have not saved, or an id that names nobody, answers an empty list. Deleted lists are left out.
