How-to guides
Setting up an outreach sequence
Connect a mailbox, build a multi-step sequence, and let Vamo handle the timing.
What a sequence is
A sequence is a series of outreach steps sent to candidates over time. You write the steps once; Vamo executes them on schedule, including waits of several days between touches.
Before you start
- Connect a mailbox so sequences can send from your address.
- Have a list of revealed candidates ready; sequences work on the contacts you have collected.
- Review your outreach rules so sends respect the limits you have configured.
While it runs
Sequences run in the background. You do not need to keep a tab open, and steps scheduled days out will fire on time. Sequences, contacts, lists, and outreach rules are all also manageable through the API.
