Why lists
A list is a saved group of developers: one per open role, one per pipeline stage, however you want to slice it. Lists are the bridge between searching and outreach, since sequences operate on the people you have collected.
Auto-population
Lists can auto-populate on a schedule, so a list tied to a search keeps receiving new matching developers over time without you rerunning anything. This is useful for evergreen roles where the pipeline should never go quiet.
